Pls note: City Community Leader is not a full-time role. It is a voluntary role to drive the local community

Your Role & Responsibilities for EmergingTech Meet

Manage & Share

• We use Luma to host the EmergingTech Meet RSVPs.
• You will be invited to be shown there as a host/co-host.
• Accept Luma invitation.
• Luma is fully automated to send alerts such as 1 hour before the EmergingTech Meet all approved guest gets email.
• Share the EmergingTech Meet event page with your connections, social media and groups.
• When anyone RSVPs, the data is available in Luma. You need to curate i.e. accept RSVPs based on your understanding of the person. Team Foundership is always available for any kind of support.
• Leads must inform the team at least 3 weeks in advance of the event with a proper plan and structure

Choose a Venue

• We choose a venue in a co-working space or a Startup office space with 30+ seating /meeting room capacity.
• If you have a sponsor, you can choose a private venue.
