About Foundership

We are a Web3 Accelerator and Network, enabling top web3 startups with Coaching, Capital & Community.

Started in 2021 by Bimlesh Gundurao and Santosh Panda - both 2x entrepreneurs, pivoted focus to Web3 in 2022 and never looked back. We built a portfolio of 14 Web3 startups in 5 months, a community of 5000+ founders, 50+ global coaches, and 40+ global capital partners.

Why are we hiring?

As a small & nimble team, we managed to execute and showcase to the ecosystem and to the world a new approach to accelerate startups with contextual coaching. With our ambitious goals to accelerate 220+ global startups, we need to lay a strong software platform. The software platform to manage all things at Foundership and accelerate Web3 will always be a key part of our efficiency and success. With a Founder first attitude and culture code, we need more hands-on at the table to provide the best experience for the founders to enable startup growth. Everything we do at Foundership is NPS driven and we are obsessed with Customer Satisfaction (Startup Founders).

Title - Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for the architecture, development and quality of the Foundership's Software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Foundership Platform using LAMP stack technologies
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debug and solve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality
• Document the design and architecture of applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to the LAMP stack
• Optimize and improve the performance of web applications
• Develop and implement security measures to protect sensitive data
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues.
• R&D various Layer-1 & Layer-2 blockchain protocols, Blockchain Infra and Smart Contracts & Dapps to prepare for future roadmaps
